A general contractor’s scope of work is often difficult to define.  Occasionally there are easily defined projects, such as a deck or siding replacement, but more often general contractors take on scopes of work dealing with multiple construction divisions and multiple trades.  Defining these scopes of work is difficult, time consuming and, sometimes, expensive work.

The objective of the initial consultation is to provide an introduction.  It allows Snow Construction to learn about the clients project wants and expectations.  What are the budget and time constraints?  Is there a design and specification already in place?  Has an architect, engineer or other design professional been engaged?  The initial consultation also allows the client an introduction to Snow Construction, how we operate and the pre-construction and construction services we provide.
